Confirm the store list, floor plans, label quantities and models, mounting accessories, gateway locations, network ownership, and installation schedule. Validate product data and templates with a small representative set before mass pairing. Name the customer and technical contacts, define who can approve network changes, and agree on the acceptance test. Keep spare labels and mounting parts available. Open an installation ticket when site-specific layout, coverage, or accessory guidance is needed.
