- Service providers: Hosting (Hostinger), email delivery (FluentSMTP via Microsoft 365), analytics (Google Analytics), and CRM tools. These providers process information on our behalf under contractual confidentiality obligations.
- Installation partners: When you order hardware that requires on-site installation, we share contact and shipping information with the regional installation partner assigned to your project. They are bound by the same confidentiality obligations.
- ZKong manufacturing: Order details (without personal contact information) are shared with Hangzhou ZKong Network Co., Ltd. for product fulfillment.
- Legal compliance: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or government request, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of NY Screens Media LLC, our customers, or others.
5. Data retention
We retain personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this Statement or as required by law:
- Form inquiries: 24 months from the last contact, then deleted
- Order/customer records: 7 years (U.S. tax and warranty obligations)
- Newsletter subscribers: Until you unsubscribe
- Web analytics: 14 months (Google Analytics default)
